We use unbranded jewelry boxes for our orders. The style and type of box may vary depending on the size of the item and availability.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 20-day return window from the date of receipt for all items in original condition, undamaged, and with no visible signs of wear.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, undamaged, with no visible signs of wear. Original tags (if any) must be attached, and the item must include the invoice and original packaging. Please note that pierced earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  2. Contact us with “Return” or “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line of your email. Be sure to include the reason for your request.
  3. For defective or damaged items, include a clear, high-resolution image of the defect or damage in your return request email.

Our team will respond within 3-5 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all exchanges and refunds. The email will also include a pre-paid return shipping label for qualified returns.

Upon approval of your return, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment only.

Note: We reserve the right to final approval on all returns.

EXCHANGING A RING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

If the ring size didn’t fit, the easiest way to resolve this is to return the ring for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size online.
